5 tips to Reignite Your Fitness Fire Again

    • Seeing a recorded chart of your progress helps you remember how much you have progressed from where you started. If you have plateaued a chart will help you discover that and how you need to modify your routine.  Many wearable devices and free apps make this simple.
  1. Reward yourself when you accomplish your fitness goals!

The important thing is to not give up on working out when you feel unmotivated. Figure out what works for you and stick with it.
