28 Feb Welcome LifeBridge Health! Now Using BurnAlong to Balance Exercising & Busy Schedules
Just about everyone knows someone who works in healthcare. It’s both an incredibly rewarding and incredibly taxing profession. Long days, untraditional hours and competing life events make finding time to exercise a lot of work. It’s not like you can catch your favorite kickboxing class when your shift ends at 2:00 a.m.
Or can you?
One of the biggest goals we set out to achieve when we created BurnAlong was to offer people a way to take their favorite fitness classes from their favorite instructors, regardless of their hectic schedules. We quickly realized that there are a lot of people out there – especially in the healthcare profession – who work crazy hours and are always on their feet. And any health care professional is willing to admit it’s hard to find time to take care of yourself when you’re focused on taking care of others.
At BrunAlong, we are firm believers that you shouldn’t have to sacrifice other commitments to make it to class, which is why we are beyond thrilled to welcome LifeBridge Health to the growing BurnAlong community!
Our on-demand library of more than 200 cardio, pilates, kickboxing, barre, strength training, yoga and restorative classes offered at a variety of levels allows BurnAlong members to pick and choose when, where and how they exercise. Whether you’re trying to break a sweat and get your heart rate up, build strength and endurance, or relieve the aches and pains of a long day, there’s something on BurnAlong for everyone.
