The big secret we’ve learned through our fitness journey is that what really motivates people to stay on track week-after-week is not a one-way experience from a Hollywood celebrity trainer you’ve never met and never will (captures attention but quickly fizzles out), but accountability and camaraderie from the people you know and trust – your favorite local instructors and your friends.
