How Top Athletes Train for Football Season — And You Can Too!

These are just a few motivational statements we overheard Ray Lewis and Monte Sanders telling top athletes during the Under Armour Football Camp this summer. One hundred of the top high school athletes joined Ray and Monte for four days of high-intensity workouts designed to build strength and stamina for the upcoming football season.

Monte has been Ray’s personal trainer for more than 15 years, and together they joined forces to motivate, inspire, and challenge young athletes to push past their perceived limits. The workouts were hard, but they were all in it together. The athletes left the camp stronger, more confident and ready to tackle the upcoming football season.
