For the first time ever companies and individuals wishing to participate in the American Heart Association’s CycleNation event on September 15, can do so both in person in Baltimore – and virtually from anywhere in the world.

People can participate now both in person and online on their own, in teams with colleagues, friends, or family – all using Burnalong’s multi-person health and wellness technology.

Watch Burnalong’s Daniel Freedman and Tracy Brazelton from the American Heart Association discuss the event on Television:

The in-person event is taking place at the terrific Core Cycle Studios (visit their website here) in Timonium, Maryland. Core Cycle Studios offers indoor fitness that creates exhilarating and inspiring experiences. Their classes – and training programs – can also be found online on www.Burnalong.com.

In addition, ahead of the September 15th event, teams can train together online on Burnalong.com. The training period is open to entire companies – not just those participating in the ride.

Anyone, regardless of their age or fitness level, can participate. That means you (and your family) can choose from 100s of instructors across 40+ categories.

The mission of the American Heart Association is to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives. In support of this mission and with a goal of building healthier hearts and reducing cardiovascular diseases and stroke, Burnalong and companies participating in CycleNation™ will raise awareness and funds throughout the campaign.
