I, b, have been feeling the holiday season getting busier and busier. And well, ol’ b needed to pause and take a breath. And I want you to do the same.
I’m giving $100 to ten instructors who post a new non-movement class by 12/16 at 12pm ET! Just make sure to submit your name to be entered to win!
Ten participating instructors will win a $100 gift card on Friday, December 16th.
To enter, you must post a new class in your specialty that has nothing to do with movement. The class must be at least 3 minutes in length and within your certification. Then, submit that class link through the form on this page!
This theme is wide open to your ideas and creativity! Non-movement can be about the benefits of rest, the theory behind your wellness philosophy, or something amazing that only YOU can think of!
All instructors who qualify will be entered into a raffle that will be drawn on 12/16 with the winners announced the same day!
Classes must be at least 3 minutes long and of quality in order to be counted. Only one class submission per instructor is permitted. If you have any questions about the quality of your classes feel free to review the Class Quality Self-Assessment.
