Beyond Diversity: Leadership Strategies for Shaping a Truly Inclusive Culture

A Panel Discussion of Diversity & Inclusion Leaders

Beyond Diversity: Leadership Strategies for Shaping a Truly Inclusive Culture
Watch the Recording Now!

About the Event:

For companies committed to Diversity and Inclusion, recruiting a diverse workforce is only the beginning; for diversity to work and for individuals and companies to reap the benefits of diversity, leaders need to make a conscious effort to shape an inclusive culture that is reflected in their daily behaviors.

For companies today this is more important than ever. While 91% of respondents (from all demographics) in a recent extensive study said they have taken organizations’ inclusiveness into account when making career decisions, many employees indicated they do not feel fully included at work, they report barriers to achieving inclusion and they want their organizations to do more to advance inclusion and diversity.

Whether you are just starting out, or looking to strengthen your D&I programs, join these leaders as they share strategies and insights for shaping a culture that truly embraces inclusivity, along with key actions to take to make it part of the fabric of your organization.
